Henrik is an experienced Business Executive and Professional Engineer with a solid record of achievement in developing and growing companies in a variety of industries. His career has included Executive, General Management, Operations, Strategic Planning, and Sales and Marketing positions at various companies including: Heroux-Devtek Inc., Devtek Corporation, Skyjack Inc., King Truck Manufacturing, Bombardier Inc., and Pratt and Whitney.

He has earned a reputation for developing and running profitable companies. He has excellent people skills and is adept at building strong, team oriented organizations focused on achieving profitable results. He has led turnarounds, repositioned and grown businesses, and developed new businesses and is highly regarded for delivering on commitments.

Henrik has served on the Boards of various industry associations including the Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, the Aerospace Industries Association of Canada, the Ontario Aerospace Council, and the Southern Ontario Defence Association.

John Peacock

Information technologies

John is a self-motivated and innovative Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of experience in hardware and software Product Development, Engineering Management, Project Management and Business Management. His most successful endeavours have focused on simulation, automation, information systems, electronics design, computer systems engineering (both hardware and software), and application engineering. He is a respected leader with strengths in solving challenging problems, integrating diverse systems, and converting concepts into reality through mentoring, inspiring and managing multi-disciplinary teams.

John has extensive knowledge and career experience focused on Management Information Systems. His expertise includes understanding of the software development life cycle, its project management and the implementation of complex information systems. He has extensive experience with collecting and defining user requirements and process re-engineering as well as experience with marketing, marketing tools and business development methodology. As a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit, John has founded multiple technology companies in his career, including Kinaxis, a company focused on supply chain management, and Circumference Technology Services Inc., a company focused on application development and software engineering.

Paul Zilkey

Finance & Strategy

Paul is a successful senior-level executive with over 30 years’ experience working
with mid-sized businesses in financial services, technology, and healthcare
sectors. As a strategic leader, he specializes in helping owners of private
companies who are experiencing rapid growth set their strategy and lay the
foundation to achieve that growth faster.  He accomplishes these missions by
strengthening corporate information systems to support high-growth and
focusing on developing customer-driven business models while creating high-
performance workforce and management teams.
In terms of specific accomplishments, he has founded and managed new
business ventures, specifically in private commercial finance. He started his
career at TD Bank arranging corporate credit before striking out on his own to
help SMBs across several sectors raise multi-million-dollar equity funding and
credit facilities.
Paul earned his Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster
University and his FICB designation from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
Currently, he is completing the Environmental Finance/Management Certificate
program from the University of Toronto.

Daryl Sherman

Revenue & Product Strategy

Daryl is a high-performing Leader and Entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience optimising operational performance. He specializes in the field of MedTech, Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology and Product Development on a local and global scale. For his most recent project, he succeeded in building an international sales and distribution network in 15 countries for a start-up company that resulted in an acquisition of over $100M USD.  

A strategic partner to executives, small business owners, and colleagues, Daryl has been called upon to mentor hundreds of technology companies of all sizes and categories from Fintech, Insurtech, SAAS, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and IT. Specifically, Daryl participated as an Executive in Residence for Communitech, providing invaluable analytical and technical expertise for product development processes while identifying critical issues and gaps. 

His strategic approach that helped him accomplish many milestones is deploying process engineering tactics that focus on the needs of the end-user on a global scale while focusing on a distinct company-wide revenue stream.

He holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and holds Doctor of chiropractic degree from theCanadian Memorial Chiropractic College

Frank is a senior Human Resources leader with extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial & Insurance, Semi-Conductor and Oil & Gas sectors. He has pioneered and implemented numerous innovative human resource solutions. With a focus on creating business cultures where the best people come to do their best work every day, he has led employee engagement initiatives that led to breakthrough results, reducing costs and increasing productivity.

His expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR systems and Learning & Development has built his reputation as a trusted problem solver who can diagnose and lead businesses through complex initiatives, during challenging business cycles, including mergers & acquisitions, start-ups, downsizing, organizational restructuring and business transformations.

Frank has held increasingly responsible positions with Fortune 500 international companies in Toronto and Mississauga and has led teams of HR professionals to support multiple businesses in Canada, US, Mexico, Europe & Asia.

He holds a B.A. from Victoria College, University of Toronto, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader with the Human Resources Professional Association where he has been a member since 1975.

Keith Peers

Keith is an accomplished senior executive with expertise in business strategy, operations management, strategic planning, product management, and business development. Skilled in collaborating with all members of the organization to achieve business and financial objectives. An innovative thinker and ambitious business leader with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements. Successfully lead high-performing teams through achievement of strategic goals.  He has a proven track record of building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and of generating revenue growth.

Keith has held executive positions at several domestic and international organizations, focusing on strategy, sales and operations in the software and manufacturing industries.  In addition, he is a certified business coach assisting small businesses and executives in the achievement of their unique objectives through strategic and operational improvements and also through team member development.

Muhammed Sayyed

Information Technology

Muhammed is an IT Strategist with over 20 years experience developing technology-based solutions for mid-sized organizations. Besides being a Microsoft Certified System Engineer, he also has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and holds an MBA. His deep understanding of industry best practices for the full product development life cycle has helped him successfully design and implement IT solutions for a variety of complex projects, improving service levels and delivering significant savings. He has conducted due diligence reviews of 5 product & technology acquisition opportunities, completed a US$200M product development and R&D organization road map, and managed launch preparation activities for several new products. Moreover, by strategically migrating on-premise IT infrastructure to Microsoft & Google cloud platforms, he reduced IT system support and maintenance complexities by at least 90%.


Steve Caron

HR & Employee Relations

Steve brings 30 years of Human Resources experience, in both manufacturing and office environments, that enables him to understand and support the nuances of ,our clients needs.

He has run the gamut, starting on the production floor at J. M. Schneider, followed by 10 years as a Production Supervisor, then progressed to the role of National Employee Relations Manager. Since then, most of his time has been spent in the capacity of HR Manager in manufacturing and office environments.

He is a well-rounded generalist with exposure to most HR topics and has particular strength in employee/labour relations. Steve has been relied on to resolve the more challenging and unique situations that are the most trying
aspects of managing people.

He also excels in assisting companies in the development and growth of their people, at all levels, in order to deal with challenges and maximize engagement and results. In Steve’s words … “I thrive in supporting companies’ number one asset….people!”

Steve holds a BA in psychology from the University of Waterloo, a Human Resource Certificate from Conestoga College (with honours) and the designation of Certified Human Resource Profession (CHRP) along with a myriad of training throughout his career.

Marni has been bringing exciting technology solutions to the international market and understands the unique needs that leaving your own backyard brings to the business.
