Greg is the Principal at Schott Resolutions, a company he founded in 2010 to help organizations and individuals manage conflict and resolve disputes which result from change. His unique facilitation skills combined with his exceptional experiential insight enable him to help his clients quickly reach optimal solutions to major organizational and life challenges.
Greg is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing organizations working as President, General Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Director of Engineering. He has successfully managed projects for large international clients by fostering strong relationships among his company teams and their clients. He is committed to a philosophy of continuous improvement. As a family mediator he has helped resolve hundreds of matters both within and external to the court system.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo; a Master of Business Administration degree from York University - Schulich School of Business; and an Advanced Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation from the University of Waterloo - Conrad Grebel College. He is also an Accredited Family Mediator (AccFM) with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation.
